Time is money and we know that your time is valuable. Let Mansion Maintenance manage your investment monthly to ensure that it continues to grow. For a fixed monthly rate you can enjoy the satisfaction of knowing that your home is being maintained by our staff. Your monthly fee includes:
- Each month we will dedicate a staff member to spend a day at your home to address your “honey-do” list and other minor repairs.
- Service is limited to 25 homes. Home CEO clients will be given a 48 hour priority response.
- Manage every aspect of your home
- Monitoring of major systems in your home, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, irrigation and drainage.
- A Mansion Maintenance Staff member will be on call 24-7 for home emergency needs
- Outdoor/ Exterior maintenance, including weed abatement and communication with your yard and pool staff.
- Comprehensive records of your appliance model and it’s serial numbers
- Quarterly newsletter
- Comprehensive records of your appliance model and serial numbers.
- Photographs of your home and its contents for insurance needs. (This includes a photo CD for your records anda second copy retained by Concept Builders/ Mansion Maintenance.)
- Off site record retention of your maintenance binder
