This is a great package to keep everyone in your home happy. Let us take care of your Fix-it needs. We can take of all items on your list, from hanging a picture to hanging a new front door! We will maintain your largest investment.
Visits include:
- Home walk through with your family to identify repairs
- Record all appliance model and serial numbers for future reference.
- Photograph home and contents for insurance needs. *This includes a photo CD for your records and a second copy retained by Concept Builders/ Mansion Maintenance.
Price is $79.00; this includes walk through, photos and appliance records. All additional services will be priced in addition to initial visit cost.
